Room and bathroom were smelly. I was moved to another room to only have the same issue. Ended up taking a loss and went to another hotel.

The hotel was clean, but the curtains and sheets were ripped. There were no snacks or drinks available for purchase. Definitely needs an infusion of cash to spruce it up.

Upon check in the lady behind the counter was amazing! The next day I left for work and errrands and the gentleman behind the counter was a total dusche! My room key wasn’t working I went to the desk to get a new one as I walk up to the counter I’m greeted by a huge dog at the counter and jumps up at me ! The gentleman argued with me and as I told him I’m terrified of dogs doesn’t even bother to put the dog away. Keeps arguing with me saying he’s the owners son of the hotel and he can do what he wants! I paid for 2 nights that evening I grabbed my belongings and checked into another hotel! I will NEVER stay there again!!

Staff very nice. Horrible beds, room smelled really bad, wall paper being held up with scotch tape, the highway noise literally kept us up all night

Very bad! Shower was broken and water was leaking from the lower bath faucet. I was then moved to another room with the faucet was also leaking. I was charged a 100 dollar deposit fee twice and one was by mistake. Both bath tubs did not look clean. I stayed at a super 8 the next day and no deposit fees were charged and very clean bath tubs.

Gave us a room with broken shower head but other that had a good night rest cuz of comfortable bed.bathroom needs attention!!

At check in ladies was very nice a pleasure to deal with but my problem was the night clerk was very rude and tried to threaten to kick me out for people calling for me I'm sorry thought that was included in my stay sorry he was inconveniences. Sense then I been waiting on a hundred dollar deposit that was supposed to be refunded has not and I've called they tell me with out even knowing my name that it was refunded so I'd never send a anyone to this place customer service sucks sucks sucks and I'm still out a hundred bucks just a warning

Lady in the desk was not to nice, toilet not working, so their solution? : bringing us a nasty plunger and still not flushing well. Carpet really dirty. The tub faucet was broken, just dripping all night long.
