Holiday Inn Express Lorton

Location was great being very close to Amtrak Auto train. Hotel was modern, staff was friendly, and lobby was very clean. Some of the guests were shady, some smoking pot or drinking. A scent of pot was in the hallway where we stayed, and a young woman from the next room sat in the hall with a bottle of wine. The bathroom door jam was disgusting, and one of the blankets was stained. some things were nice and clean, but the people staying at the hotel were troublesome.

Quick and short overnight stay on trip from Fla to NY. Stayed in this facility a few years back when it was not a Holiday Inn. The improvements, decor and layout (considering the corona Virus) are nicely done. The hotel was very clean and very neatly appointed. I just wish someone would consider having bathroom fan switches separate from the light switch.

Friendly service. Room is updated & very clean. Observing Covid guidelines. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the first time on our annual trip to Florida on the auto-train. We originally chose this hotel for its proximity to the station. We were VERY happy with the accommodations regarding cleanliness, friendly staff, price, and comfortability of the room. We will be staying here again!

Breakfast was good Door entrance to room - door did not open all the way was a little difficult to get around. Fan in bathroom did not work. There was a used bar of soap in shower.

Appears to be only hotel in town but really a nice property, breakfast modified for COVID but better than most hotels during this time. Room are newly renovated, colors are pleasant, beds are very comfortable. Service is pleasant , in fact the evening staff are quite friendly!

I was traveling with my mom and when she got tired I stopped at the nearest hotel along I-95. I’m so glad I stopped here. I left my IPad in the room when I checked out and they were superb about retrieving it from the room, boxing it up, and mailing it to me. That’s the type of customer service everyone wants. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the facility to others.
