Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area

The room was dirty! After taking a shower an X appeared on the mirror. Coffee pot had built up coffee residue in it.

It’s was the most horrible stay every had fo get switched 3 times , door falling off the hitches, power flicking off and on. My daughter had to be rushed to the hospital the ac wasn’t cleaned properly asked for a refund he told me know in hang up my husband gAs cap was played with when we ask to see camera they told us they don’t have any

GREAT LOCATION: I liked that the property was in close proximity to the 1-94 fwy, 13 mins from the airport, and 10 mins to Ann Arbor. DIDN'T LIKE: Too much foot traffic & unlocked back doors (DIDN'T FEEL SAFE AT ALL); stained/soiled carpets, linens, upholstery, & bedding; Not ideal area for walking anywhere due to Service Drive and no sidewalk; Complimentary breakfast (due to covid-19) wasn't ideal or worth the energy. I WON'T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Surprised that Wyndham would have this property at its' present condition in their portfolio. So glad to be home and safe and secure.

It was okay not better then the one in the Romulus area! Kinda old fashion..

Very clean

The rooms were dirty. Our bathroom was really dirty. My daughters room was dirty. She ask the maid for vaccuum and a rag to ckean the bathroom floors. She never offered to clean them fir us just habded her stuff. No pool and cant understand if you can turn a handle for cereal why you could not make a waffle or have bagels or other things as option. Even a cheaper price on the rooms.

Air conditioner did not work properly. Tried to charge up front for incidentals.

We have stayed at this hotel for years, every time we come into town. Sometimes for 10 days at a time. This was the worst stay every. The girl checking us in had an attitude and was rude. The room smelled. Kids and adults were slamming doors and running up and down the hall late into the night. The shower curtain rod just about fell down. The shower curtain wouldn't close at either end so I ended up having to clean the floor after our showers. The towel rack was almost coming off the wall. When we checked out I told the woman (who was cleaning windows) and finally came to the desk all the problems and asked if it was under new management and she said yes they were and was that a good thing I told her no it was not. The old managers ran a very clean quiet hotel.

You get what you pay for. I regret that I didn't upgrade to a nicer hotel, but I decided to go cheap because we really needed it for just a place to sleep for two nights. I was immediately turned off by the musty smell when we went into the room, then the carpeting that was dark but still looked and felt like it needed a deep cleaning, the disgusting stain on the armchair that made us not use the chair, and the absolute last straw, when I opened the fridge and found food in there. We parked along the side, which was a good thing, because over the night it rained and the middle of the parking lot cars were in a huge puddle of water. All in all, it is a cheap stay but I would not do it again and would just spring for the extra money to stay somewhere where I could relax. I washed everything we brought and left my suitcases outside for a few days.

Great all around experience. Smooth early check in and everything in place for our simple needs. I highly recommend this place and the price is right.
