Courtyard by Marriott Pleasanton

The staff were very pleasant and helpful at check in. We have plans or return in the near future and will try to book the same room as my husband has some disabilities and the staff at check in gave us a room close to parking and entryway.

Cleanest hotel I have ever been, quiet, nice ambiance, good location. heavenly bed; exactly what I wanted to relax.

The place was emaculate. The staff was helpfull and friendly. The outside was clean. Its was quiet for our 5 day stay. There is not one thing i can say was negative.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Amenities are currently limited due to COVID.

I checked in and within an hour needed to leave fir a family emergency with my daughter. I notified the desk and the man on duty said it should not be an issue refunding me. Days passed and no refund so I called only to be told there would be no refund or even a credit. Horrible customer service. I travel a lot and use them at least 10 times a year. It's for this reason I never will again. Hotels.com didn't even offer a credit snd im a gold member.

Surprised to know that we need to pay for parking.

The propertyu.was clean. The dtsff ead ectremly heloful amd knowlegeable.

The hotel room entry doorways are just a few inches near each other. The doors tend to shut in a disturbance manner to a point my room absorbs the noise. It is especially disturbing at night as the noise is moderate enough to wake one up from a nap. It can get annoying. Otherwise, the hotel is great! Customer service is amazing and very accommodating. The rooms feel a sense of freshness and cleanliness. The staff Is friendly. I would stay again, but in a specially preferred room.

This suburban property is getting in need of renovation: worn carpeting, etc. They now are also charging $5 a night for parking!

Nice and clean environment but wish they had continental breakfast included
