Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

It's my first time staying at this hotel for one night, we're from South Dakota, very nice and clean , bed is comfortable . front desk associates is very nice. Dislike like is , I forgot to pick up my breakfast. Lol. But we'll be back.

Clean and comfortable. Not too far from the airport. They have a shuttle which is convenient and appreciated. They charged me 20$ for parking though which i found ridiculous in the COVID empty parking lot and is why this review is good, not excellent.

The bed is sooo comfortable! You dont even need a pillow....

I chose your property based on your running hotel shuttle...a luxury since the virus hit. First impressions are important and your van driver was amazing. Friendly, outgoing, and professional! I also thought it was amazing the general manager was working the front desk. I spent 11 years in aviation and a few in hospitality, but I've only seen that happen at one property....in 1999. My review is very delayed, but it was a weird time to travel. My family was unable to fly to Houston to help us with our cross-county move so I flew my kids to MSP for them to stay in Iowa. You provided stellar customer service and informed me of how your team was dealing with the current situation. Thank you for everything. I would absolutely stay with you again.

Super clean and sooo comfortable, especially during the Covid19 crisis! Staff was perfect, superb, all friendly, professional and super accommodating!

I liked the access to the court yard.the sliding doors allowed us outside or fresh air in.i was very unhappy about our tv which I asked several times how to use it.after two full days I finally asked someone to come in and show us how to use it.only to find out it was broke.got moved to new room.i had to pack everything and unpack,causing a delay in our plans.i think they should of offered us a credit or something.this was really inconvenient .

It said that there was breakfast but you have to pay for it. I thought it was apart of the package.

Wonderful stay convenient to airport and Twin Cities.
