Very nice quite location close to forest and trails

The staff was welcoming and super friendly! The room was clean, beautifully maintained and a restful atmosphere. On the other hand the bed was so hard it hurt my hips and back. The pillow was a nice fluffy down pillow and didn't offer support, so my neck hurt too. We were stuck trying to evacuate before the US borders closed because of COVID19 and didn't have any means of transportation. The hotel food was extremely overpriced. We paid over $5 US dollars (4,90e) for a sparkling apple juice (apple shorle), but never saw the price for it on the menu. Over all, I would recommend it if you're okay with a firm mattress and down pillow, just avoid the restaurant pricing,

It was close to the Messe Franckfurt where i needed to be everyday for a Fair so it was convenient for me

Staff great, free parking on street. Beds great, check out at noon. Balcony with every room

Check in was very painful. I arrive late at night and the front desk person/manager complained that Hotels.com did not send him my reservation. Later he found it but complained that they did not send him the rate. Later he found it but complained that they did not quote it in euros. All this while I am waiting at 4 am in the morning. In similar cases, people check the guest in and look for what is missing to find it before check out. The shower was quite poor/cheaply constructed with low water pressure.

Friendly staff and free airport shuttle that operates from 5AM - 11 PM. Hotel is not in a convenient location. It’s about 12-15 minutes by car from city centre. Have to take bus, then tram to get to subway station. Be careful if you take the shuttle to the airport, it’s normally a 15 min drive, however, they fail to let you know they have to pickup passengers from their other location that’s about 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Almost missed our flight because of this. Would not recommend staying here if you need to be close to the city centre and want a quick ride to airport.
