Adequate, nothing special.

Still haven’t received my refund hotel rooms were really dirty and nasty. I checked out the same day.

I almost got kidnapped at this hotel. We had a man stalking us and the hotel laughed at us about it. We tried to leave the first night and were forced to stay the full three days because the man at the desk would not let us check out at all. He told us we would have to stay until Monday to speak with the manager. Monday came and they lied about the managers location continuously and refused our refund. I called corporate and they told us we’d be able to receive a check for our refund but wouldn’t have access to it until next year. This was the worst stay ever and the manager keeps avoiding me. We had to switch rooms three times because all of them were dirty and the man showed up at one of our rooms after he tried to get In our car. The last room had black mold and the sink was overflowing by some wall plugins. We literally had to get escorted to a new room. We were told the cops were called and the situation was handled but that was a lie. The man was still there because we saw him the day of check out. One of the employees told me that it wasn’t his problem that we were stalked on his property and our safety isn’t his concern.

Thieves. I made numerous calls to be given the run around

The hotel is decent for the price but I checked out early because it had multiple roaches and it was impossible for me to be comfortable there.

I stayed at Comfort Inn and I love the place. The room was very neat and comfortable. The check in was quick. The front desk person was also very helpful when I needed help. I will recommend the hotel so anyone who needs to stay in a hotel.

Remote didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, and we have no wash clothes

The bed broke, the comforter was torn and stained. I switched rooms because the first one reaked of perfume but then so did the 2nd one. There was no breakfast provided. They could have given repackaged danisges and milk at least. Cereal packets etc. Nothing.

You can tell it's an old building with new skin. The beds are heaven and the plumbing is old. The price is right on this one. You get what you pay.
