We booked a two night stay. We awoke to the bathroom ceiling leaking. We called down to the front desk and they move us to a room not like the one we booked. So husband had to go back down to the front desk to get us another room. Then when we came in the first day the front desk person had us to swipe our card again. She really didnt explain to us that it was for incidentals. We were told that the hotel takes out $40 and that it would be returned once we checked out....THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! We stay at this hotel every time we come to town and we book a 2 day stay. Might have to find somewhere else to stay.

Really great affordable stay. Close to downtown Charlotte

The staff was very friendly and overall the experience was pleasant. The site was suppose to have a pool but it wasnt ready during our stay. They didnt have breakfast like the site stated, which cost me additional time and money. It was disappointing.

It was a great stay. Everything was very clean and staff done everything they could to keep us safe from the COVID-19

The decor and layout of the lobby and room was attractive and user-friendly. The room was delightfully quiet. And the property is under remodel. Having said that, the split restroom (sink out, commode and shower in) were dated and unpleasant. There is not one shelf in the shower area . Ones only options are putting garments on the floor, piling them on the back of the commode or endeavoring to hang them on a teeny back of door hook for undergarments and outfit. Same problem for garments one takes off. And it’s a double queen room, so implicitly >1 occupant. Also do not pay for breakfast in advance. What a complete waste of $20+. We thought “convenience” but there is nothing you want and even the coffee is lousy. Finally, we arrived at 11:45 pm and the sliding glass door hotel entryway was locked. Fine, but the clerk was not visible from the door and we had to stand there, knock and wait. No hustle. No apology or greeting. This was not a typical Courtyard experience any way whatsoever.

This hotel has been remodeled. It is really nice now! The bed is comfortable and the shower is very nice. The breakfast is not free anymore (boo), and I was awaken in the middle of the night with the loudest bass car stereo party in the parking lot.
