Trip Inn Frankfurt Nordwestzentrum

This is a very nice and convenient property in Northwest Frankfurt. Adjacent to a very large mall...restaurants, shops, various services as well as a transportation hub with bus, streetcar and taxi availability. Have been staying at this hotel for 20+ years ( has changed names but always has been good basic and clean) Also adjacent to huge aquatic center and fitness center, saunas. Very quiet and away from downtown noise but only about a 20-25 tram ride.

Great location for my convention and for shopping/dining. Good breakfast but not remarkable. Room was a bit cool and couldn’t find thermostat. No English TV channels. Awesome pool but I didn’t use it. No shower door or curtain so not as warm/relaxing.

I stayed two times in this hotel in double room .. first notice that there is no air conditioner in the rooms so no way you can stay in summer time ... first stay for me the room had minibar second stay there was no .. although its the same room ... Breakfast is the same everyday dont hope that u find one addition to what is there everyday ... good things there are iron and hairdryer in the room and ofcourse the location .. the hotel is in a centermall which have every kind u can imagine from restaurants and entertainment

It was good for the price I paid. Room didn’t have enough lights. Limited number of towels- one of each. Location was good, near shopping zone and wellness and spa center. It takes 25 min to get to Zeil.

Property is very difficult to find and then access. In advertisements there needs to be clarification as to PARKING AVAILABLE verses PARKING PROVIDED. GPS does not have the new entrance configuration there for very difficult to find as it is part of a large mall.

Nice, spacious rooms

Very very difficult to find. It's in a mall location. Very difficult parking and limited space. Very hard to find the reception area and hard to find the parkade. Hard to get in and out of the property as well. The hotel rooms were very very hot. No air conditioning and no way of cooling off the rooms. We were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was excellent and breakfast always delicious. The management team was superb.

Allein der Check Inn war wegen Corona sehr schwierig. Die mitgebrachten Bestätigungen, wonach meine Reise eine dringende Geschäftsreise war, hat nicht ausgereicht. Das Hotel hatte andere Vorstellungen von einer Bestätigung. Der Fernseher war defekt, das Bad eher schäbig. Die Anreise war nur für Insider möglich, da das Hotel von einer 4 spurigen Strasse umgeben und keine Ausschilderung vorhanden ist.

Keine Mängel bei Sauberkeit oder der technischen Ausstattung, nahrhaftes Buffet und das bei so wenig Personal. Die Rezeption zeigt sich flexibel und weist uns eine hohe Etage zu
