Where do i begin. We paid on the hotels.com app in full. Check in took forever. Only to u load and get a room on the third floor and the elevator was out. So of course dragging luggage and a baby this would clearly not work. So after 30 min rhe hotwl dinally moved us ro the side wjwre the elevator worked. (Not sure why thia was not dis at first their excuses were rooms not being cleaned but we checked in aftwr 4pm) now im fighting and additional $163.36 charge from the hotel for no reason. Smh headache although the staff was nice that was way to much none sense. So i prob will not stay again.

Check was at 4pm. We grabbed a bite to eat because we were alerted that they were sold out the night before and we had time. We arrived at the property at 6:30pm and all of the Rooms were not ready. When I did get into my room it was not clean. The toilet was nasty, the sink was nasty and the Kleenex had been emerged in water. The box was was soaked and the tissues were wet and brown. No one would answer the guest service line. Very dissatisfied.

The experience was terribke because there was no hot water, there were no blankets on the bed. When the request was submitted for a blanket for each bed, the blabkets were dirty. Also, the washcloth from the previous guest was let hanging across the shower curtain rack. The pillow cases on one if the beds was very wrinkle as if someone had been sleeping on it prior to us getting the room. Overall cleanliness and comfort was horrible and i would never stay at this location again. I am currently working to get a refund because my guest and i couldnt bathe before checking out. This location has a lot to be desired.

Won't stay here again any time soon. The breakfast was very limited nor was is complementary. Not even a free cup of coffee for $100 per night room. Bistro wasnt functioning due to Covid.

Rooms were dirty. I say rooms bc first rrom had not been cleaned well. Stains on bed linen and carpet was nasty. Switched to another room and vents were full of dust. Hotel is outdated and Nlnot in a very safe area of town. Coffe pot was broken and i asked for it to be replaced and it was not.

The property is in desperate need of room renovation. The bathroom was not clean with both the floor and underside of soap dishes in the shower showing a good deal of mold. Hot water for showering takes /- 30 minutes to reach room 148 which, to his credit, we were aware of due to the front desk clerk who checked us in. He was the single, very bright spot on a very disappointing stay. The room lacked blankets which we had to secure from the front desk, toilet paper which the room lacked. All of the foregoing negatives were capped by a singularly peculiar odor throughout the public areas.

No Microwave Bed was too hard The toilet driped all night

Ryan gave us a handicap room which I was frustrated by. The room looked like no one had been there or cleaned in a month. However, my son convinced me to settle since we only needed a 1 night stay. The next morning, the ladies at the front desk were so kind I chose not to complain. They allowed us to use their personal hotspot to download maps to get to our next destination since our AT&T phones were out of service due to the Nashville bombing. While the ladies were super kind, I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very rude. Our room had issues that weren’t resolved. It was terrible
