Everything was great. No complaints. I had a great experience.

Bed was sheets were stained. Had to call down several times to request them to be changed. They finally brought up new sheets for me to change myself. Room key wouldn’t work had to switch out several times. The room keys wouldn’t unlock entrance doors.

I requested two double beds. I got only king size so it made it harder for my 2 yr old to sleep. Second there were cigarette buds in my room when it’s “no smoking” property. Since my son is too small I was worried about finding that and eating it so I left a day earlier than originally planned and booked. So yeah I didn’t enjoy it.

The fire alarm went off the first night. We only had one towel in our room. The water was dripping in the shower. The hall way was hot. The pool was closed. The ice machine had no ice. The pillows are flat. The TV wouldn't work.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at! There was no toilet paper or towels in the room. I highly doubt the room was even cleaned before we arrived. And to top it all off the entire property smelled like marijuana. I really thought we would be safe staying at a big name hotel chain but I guess I was wrong with this one.

Great would stay again ! Loved the view and room scenery !

Bathroom shower didn’t drain, floors were dirty and rooms had weird musty smell.

Unfortunately, this overnight trip turned into an evening of disappointments based on the following: the tub was not thoroughly cleaned. I had requested a room with 2 queens, and living room, received a standard room, 2 queens. Secondly, i asked about a senior discount and i was told i could not get because i had not reserved through them. Did not receive notice that there was an extra deposit charged on my account. I was truly disappointed, will not return.

Due to covid19 the amenities were.less than expected. We were not informed at check in that rooms would not be done thru our three nite stay. My children we're subjected to less than appropriate bedding. Most 4 star establishments have amenities inside the room. We had a refrigerator that froze our food solid.
