I loved this place the gentleman that checked me in went above and beyond excellent customer service. My room was very clean my bed very comfortable and the shower was the best.

Good girlfriend getaway

My BFF and I went down south to visit some girlfriends in Charlotte and Cary. We loved our stay and the hotel was very convenient to all major highways. The only issue we had with our stay was the room keys. They were fine in the morning but didn’t work at night. Other than that we had a ball and will stay at the same hotel again.

Great stay! Clean and refreshing. A little disappointed the pool was closed but overall great place. Convenient location.

The staff didn't want to be working at all. We also came out to a bunch of empty containers with the security tags broken off from TJ Maxx. So probably not the best area to stay around

Nice and comfortable

After a long drive, this was a welcome stop. Easy check in and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at Sonesta Select. It wasnt very busy or loud at all. I only stayed one night, and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed by the Lack of Cleanliness

We were there for just one night and we didn't want to be a bother to the pleasant desk personnel as we had checked in late from a long day of travel. As per usual, my husband and I did an inspection and second wipe down of the room to find hair and stains around the toilet and bathroom floor. Even after our cleanup of every surface we couldn't get the smell of feces just between the sink and doorway to the bathroom. We thought it was in the carpet because we wiped down the area again. My husband said for me to come closer to the light switch and around the wall. This was the source of the foul smell. we threw on some gloves and did a full wipe down of the light switch (again), the wall & doorframe around the bathroom door which solved the foul-scented problem... thank goodness because we were too exhausted to move and wipe down another room. We're not keen to stay here again.
