Courtyard by Marriott Roseville

The hotel itself is amazing, service is where they need to work on. Young boys at the desk didn’t want to help much I wanted to extend my stay another day but stay in the same room said it couldn’t be done. So I waited to speak someone else in the morning and she was able to do it. So i guess it just depends who is at the front working at the time of your stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was disappointing to find in the fine print that they charge $10 per day to park in the unsecured, shared public parking lot, and that the breakfast that is referenced is actually for purchase. Overall, however, everyone was very nice, it was very clean, and we check in and check out process was seamless. I would stay there again.

Hotel was fine, but they try to be sneaky and not tell you about the $10 parking fee. When I called to inquire about it (they mentioned nothing about it beforehand) the manager said "we aren't going to say that to every guest that comes in" Do yourself a favor and don't get a parking permit. There are PLENTY of parking spaces around that you can simply walk to.

I dont understand why there is a fee for parking. Big open lot. Plenty of space.

I liked that it was convenient to the freeway and dining. Also that they have a Starbucks onsite. Best place I've satyed in a while, considering most hotels don't even serve coffee.

Me and my fiance had such a lovely stay here. We had been here to visit family and the rooms have been nothing short of exceptional. Hotel beds usually hurt my back but the beds here are not only extremely comfurtable, but they also didn't leave me with bafk pains the next morning. Cleanliness was spot on. And I usually go back in and sanitize when I get in the hotel to see how clean it really is. 5 stars. A must stay

In room, i notice everything looks nice and new. Perfect color combination of couch and floor carpet and the wall as well. The couch is very comfy and relaxing while watching tv. And most of all i love the bed with white beddings, very clean to look at. Total package and sanitation is excellent. This is our 2nd time we stay in this hotel. I love Marriott courtyard. Thanks for a good accommodation.

All the employees were kind. Nice property. Comfy beds.

Liked that was close to restaurant and stores. Didn’t like had to pay for parking

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. Loved the blackout shades they were amazing.
