Courtyard by Marriott Tallahassee Downtown/Capitol

We stayed 3 nights but staff only cleaned room once. I'm not sure if this is due to covid as they didn't mention anything during check-in. Lots of restaurants near and close to FSU and capitol building.

I needed to hole up locally and get some work done. My room was clean and comfortable and allowed me to do what I needed! There was a connecting door between my room and then next one over. I think it contributed to noise exchange, which was my only complaint!

We were in Tally to bring out kids to FSU. The entrance/lobby were nicely kept. Had a nice sitting area with a cozy fire. We sat and enjoyed a cocktail after dinner. The beds were comfy and unit was well appointed. The down-fall was the bathroom was NOT clean. Pink mold in shower, floors had not been swept much less wiped down and baseboard had matted fuzz and such. I was loathe to take a shower because warm water activates the mold spores so I took a quick one to wash hair and did the rest in the sink.

I have stayed at many Courtyards by Marriott but this one was very disappointing. The skirt to one of the beds had stains on it and on the other bed the sheets had yellow stains. The body soap dispenser in the shower was empty and we only had 2 towels when I clearly noted that our stay included 2 adults and one child. We found lots of small trash within the room that included peanuts, wrappers, zip ties and a few other things. We stayed 2 nights and house cleaning did not come by after the first night to replenish anything at all.

We stayed 2 nights and the only complaint I have is that they didn't tell us we had to request room be cleaned and towels replaced. We where gone all Saturday to come back to no fresh towels etc.

Nice hotel and very clean! The staff was helpful. Also great location. The hotel is right up the street from the Capital building and near lots of stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The price was much lower so that was good, but found out that it's because it's not been renovated for a long time. Had to change rooms because of moldy smell in first room, Was ok, simple but met the needs.

When I booked the room, breakfast was listed as a amenity. I was disappointed to find (the next morning) that it was not provided.

I wasn't expecting to have a balcony in the room, and that just made it even more awesome! The bed was super comfy and I didn't want to leave. The late check out at 12 was also a bonus.

The hotel was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and service was excellent.
