Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Whippany

The room was clean, and looked updated. However, the building itself, consierge area, corridors were all pretty outdated. Needs a bit more TLC to feel like an actual Marriott Courtyard.

Excellent service, property was clean and well cared for . Looking forward to my next stay here.

It was amazing. Loved the balcony since it wasn’t so cold out. Wish all hotels had one. The staff was very welcoming. Would stay again hopefully soon

While the hotel looked nice in the lobby area, and the rooms were clean, we checked into find a tub that barely drained when you showered, the caddy that held the shampoo/conditioner/bath gel fell off of the wall mid-shower and a lack of tissues and extra toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to let them know as we left for a family funeral. You really don’t want to deal with stuff like that when you are dealing with so much else. We could hear everything in the room next to us (very thin walls) , including the loud gathering late Saturday evening. A call to the front desk got us a “I’ll come up when I’m available I’m helping someone right now.” Perhaps a “Sorry about that, we’ll be up directly to handle the situation” would have gone over better? Like I said, the hotel was ok - but not great as we would normally expect from a Marriott.
