We had the best room! Could see the Christmas tree and lights from our window! It was cold outside so we didn’t have to leave our room! Awesome stay!!! 😃

Loved the location of Hotel. Pillows could have been better. Other than that great hotel.

I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Everything was very clean and they are on top of the COVID protocol. I had a balcony view which had a four top table and with the delightful November weather, I used for dinner, breakfast, and just a place to relax and watch the birds fly together in the evening. The shower was lovely and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. (Always check or have your mobile with you though, I somehow locked myself out on the balcony and had to be rescued but it was done quickly and in good humor.) There is a nice sized fridge and microwave which would come in handy if I was staying longer. I would definitely stay here again and if the balcony room is available and not too much more than the regular room price, I say, splurge; you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service was excellent, especially the front desk. The rep even wished me good luck on my exam in the morning. Great personality. She even remembered why I was there in the morning! Room and floor was exceptionally quiet. My room had a view of Sundance Square. The hotel was built in 1929, which is exactly why I chose this property.

Hotel was near restaurants in the heart of downtown. Room was spacious, no doors on closet and windows on 8th floor were dirty. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The location is perfect. Our room had a fabulous view of Sundance Square and was walking distance to popular downtown restaurants and shops. The hotel room interior was very clean and modern. The only negative was it is very noisy! You could hear everything in the hallway, so we didn’t sleep very well due to the noisy people in the hallway at 2 and 3am. You could also hear the slam of every door and every time the A/C kicked on. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this is not the hotel. Also, the valet cost of $30 a night is quite expensive in my opinion.

Unlike other nearby hotels that are also dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic, this hotel keeps its bar and pool closed although their prices are not reduced to compensate accordingly.

The night shift employees on Saturday the 8/15 was very very knowledgeable and very helpful And the lady that kept the fifth floor clean was good
