disappointing getaway

we had a jacuzzi room. the jacuzzi was the only good part of our stay. our King bed was extremely tired, not comfortable at all. the pillows were horrible. our towels were dirty. The staff could barely speak English.

Good for Cheap Stay

This hotel is fine for a cheap night stay. The upstairs rooms seems nicer than the downstairs rooms. Friendly service.

disappointed, booked handicap room as my husband and i both use walkers and sometimes i need my wheelchair no one notified us that the one and only handicap room was booked so we were placed in a standard room that was so small we had a challenge getting around even using the bathroom was a chore

It was dirty. The bathroom, i did not want to use. I walked across the floor from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black . Could not run the appliances in the room at the same time. I left the next morning and they argued with me for 20 minutes before i put my foot down and said i was leaving ,that was it. Would not stay here again nor should anyone

Room was comfortable. When I booked it was mentioned that breakfast was included. Was told when I checked in that breakfast was a fruit drink & a granola bar.

Disappointed

The room was very run down, overpriced for what we got. Paint was peeling from walls, bathroom caulking was dirty and peeling , room was very dimly lit and the location of the room ground level parking lot wide open didn’t allow for opening of curtains to brighten. Couch was stained and dirty breakfast included was a juice box and granola bar in a brown paper bag.. I understand Covid has changed things... but you can do better than that.

Don't eat here

A couple of things not enough electrical outlets had to recharge my cellphone in bathroom. No enough lighting in room. Advertized free breakfast. No such luck due to Covid. Offered alternative bagged breakfast which I went for in the morning big mistake still hungry in bag was a small drink box of juice and a small Walmart Granola Bar. Total value 60 cents not even a prewraped croissant or a apple. Besides room was comfortable.

The owner of this location needs to invest in the property as it has clearly suffered from some neglect. It was renovated with paint and flooring to look a bit nicer. However, our toilet didn't work, so we were moved to a new room. The toilet worked at first, but then it, too, stopped being able to flush without manual intervention of lifting off the tank lid. It was very worn in the bathroom: chipped walls, stains on the counter, messy/peeling pain and caulking. It was located near a bike path that I thought would be reasonably convenient on our bike trip, but they did not have a bike rack or allow bikes inside. The kind manager helped us find a safe spot for our bikes, which we appreciated greatly. I also booked this spot as they offered breakfast. "Due to the pandemic" breakfast was a juice box and Costco granola bar. Ridiculous, as I've had better elsewhere, so they blame the rules when it is really a cost savings for them. The price of our stay was not in line with the value of that breakfast. However, it was quiet for sleeping. And there were places nearby to eat. I would not stay here again even if in that area.
