Days Inn by Wyndham Manistee

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice also. We had a great stay

The staff seemed a bit stressed - especially the poor women trying to keep up with the breakfast line! The housekeeping person was very nice and friendly with the kids. We had a "Queen Suite" which was WONDERFUL. This room not only had the two queen beds, but a queen pull-out sofa bed, plus another "chair-and-a-half" loveseat type thing, a table in the kitchen area with two chairs, a small fridge, microwave, and a small freezer (a bit odd...). The room was large enough that this did NOT feel crowded AT ALL! This gave us PLENTY of space with three kids (6yr, 8yr, 13yr), plus the opportunity to just have leftovers in the room for a couple of meals. The sink in the bathroom was cracked, and I'd really prefer queen-size bed pillows to the small standard ones. Parking was just steps away from the door and we were the 2nd room from there, so VERY convenient! Overall a great room for the price!!!

The service was not very kind, especially the breakfast workers. They acted like we were a burden to them.

We go Up North every year for our ladies trip, usually stay in different areas, but we chose here this time. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds gave us a good night sleep. BUT, in room 256 the center of the tub had holes in the bottom and were covered up with what seems like an adhesive mat that if you stepped on it (was no way NOT to step on it) it felt like you were going to fall through. Going down for breakfast in the morning, we got in line to have our breakfast made for us because of Covid, one of the ladies that was serving and making up plates had picked a pile of wet towels off the floor, carried them out and came back in and started serving without changing gloves or washing her hands, she was picking up waffles and biscuits with these same gloves. Eww!! That put us off for having breakfast the next morning, we went down the road and got donuts and coffee.

Breakfast staff were lots of fun, do wish there was a daily newspaper, or at least a place to purchase one.

Good , clean hotel especially during the pandemic.

My family enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was the card keys wouldn't work all the time; so we would go get news ones and they would work and then stop. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast was awesome and my kiddos were loving the pool.

The staff was very friendly, unfortunately they were unable to do anything about the plumbing. The water pressure was to low to shower and there were drainage issues also. Hotel overall needs an update
