Holiday Inn Express Washington DC East - Andrews AFB, an IHG Hotel

Not excited due to alot of lady bugs being in my room..

It was great, service was awesome.

I enjoyed my time and I look forward to seeing y’all again

Overall the room was decent but when i went to take a look out the window you can tell that that are hasn’t been touched in awhile due to the cobwebs and dead flies

Very comfortable. I was not happy about no breakfast, as that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. But otherwise kind service members and very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay, they were great. The people working were there were very helpful with all our needs all questions were answered with great understanding.

The overall appearance of the hotel was clean and well kept, the front desk employee was very nice! My only complaint is when I checked into my room there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod, I can understand how this could be missed, but with the covid issues going on it made me nervous and uncomfortable. Worried about the cleanliness of the rest of the room, I called the front desk and I was moved to another room, new room was clean and I had no other issues during my stay.

It was very neat and clean front desk was very nice everyone wore there mask and I would come back again and also recommend this place to everyone

They let me check in at 1 but my room wasnt very clean. I paid 174 tor 1 night. The whirlpool in room was still dirty and broke. My esa dog found a syringe someone. I think behind night stand.

Our door was broke the hallways were filthy, the hotel manager was about to have us stay in another room with no clothes or anything because the door stopped working on us twice. I will never stay there again
