Great place near square one. The rooms are kinda small but it serves its purpose. Close to the highway.

it was a very good hotel, Quite, clean, cost-effective and near to many services.

Good location. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. The laminate floor is clean but makes the room feel cooler. The armchair in the room has a weird base and I actually fell from the chair.

Basic expensive clean, no pool no hot tub. Priced higher than most in the area but with less amenities

The property was great! Our room was very nice and clean. It was also very quiet which was appreciated after a long day of travel. Customer service was great, all employees were so cheerful and kind even amongst all the chaos and changes due to covid-19. The one thing I would like to make not of is the airport shuttle runs once an hour. We (my 7 year old and I) landed in Toronto exhausted and missed the shuttle by 2 minuets and we were told we had to wait an hour for the next shuttle. It’s still a complementary service they provide but just be prepared to wait up to an hour for the shuttle. Other than that it was an excellent experience.

This was a great stay and we recommend it highly. the only negative was the fact that they charged our credit card twice indicating the II charge was for a "hold. They said we'll get it refunded in 7 to 10 business days to which we find highly unusual and somewhat nerve-wracking. We realize the ability to put a hold on the card but not an actual charge. If this is something new for the hotel industry it should be disclosed publicly before making reservations.

I like cleanliness the most when I stay at a hotel.

The desk clerk, Pria, set up early to be sure that we got breakfast before our early morning flight! Very much appreciated!!!

We loved the room we got in terms of value for the price paid. The only thing is that it would be nice for them to finish the parking lot as we had to park on a gravel road.

Giving an extra star for the friendly old man in the front desk. Dirty bed sheet and extremely poor lighting in the room. I think this place is overrated.
