Days Inn by Wyndham Brockville

Being in a hotel under the context of COVID-19 is strange enough. But our experience was good. Not all clients are using masks; just stay away from them. Breakfast obviously much more limited; room was nice and clean. Price a little high for the overall look and location of the hotel.

It was ok. Price was good.rest was normal.i would not use it again if I no choice .

You get what you pay for. Run down, dirty. Noisy air conditioners. Good location to everything.

We has room 116, whichis located next to the middle exit doors. We heard the door open and close ask night, we barely slept. There was a bunch of young adults partying until 4am, they kept going outside to smoke, they were loud. Awful experience, there is no insulation from noise in those rooms

There were NO protections in place for Covid. Hand sanitizer was not available at front desk. “Breakfast” was very disappointing with all patrons having to pump to get coffee thereby having everyone touching the same thing, again, with no sanitizer available. Milk in the fridge was curdled and the lady at the front desk said “Well if no one tells us, it doesn’t get changed. We don’t check it”. Room smelled musty and with no Covid protection in place elsewhere, we doubt if the room was cleaned with any special measures. Very disappointing all around. Dozens of hotel rooms a year and this is the first time I felt the need to leave a negative review. I would not advise anyone to stay here especially during Covid.

Very clean room. Had everything I needed for my business trip, computer desk, huge water jet jacuzzi tub for relaxation, right off the highway, and helpful staff. Thank you

Definitely an old hotel, beds are part their prime. Smells of septic bed. For price it was ok

I did not like the stairs up and down to rooms etc.

Made a reservation and arrived at 1 am to a freezing cold resin with a less than competent heater. Rooms should be at least somewhat warm upon arrival.

It's easy to get to. Staff are pleasant. Parking is great and many options
