Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Durango

The clerk didn’t deliver an extra blanket as promised at check in.

Checked in queen room not ready so upgraded to king by them at no charge for 2 nights. Quick power cut around 9.30 am morning of leaving. Not able to get receipt on check out computers were down. Next day pending charge appeared on account for $14.41. Called them and was told it was a hold they do on all credit cards and it should be gone in a few days. If not to contact them again. We will see. Not happy having to mess with all this after prepaying with Hotels.com

We didn’t expect much with the price and we came from a pretty bad experience in Pagosa the night before but the guy checking us in was professional and nice. The room was clean and spacious. This was a good deal foe what we spent!

Great room with no issues.

My husband told me i couldnt upload a photo of my feet, but they were very dirty from the floor. It desperately needed a mop. Found things under bed. Small cleanliness, decent remodel. Hot tub needs to be cleaned. Human sut appeared whil tubbing, i was itchy as a result until a shower. 2 areas that need improvement

Best beds ever! Overall, a great place to stay. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom fan was unusually loud.

Clean and comfortable. Room was updated. Older hotel, but things were in working order. Checkin was quick, located in a convenient part of town without being directly downtown

I would rate this room average at best. While the room looked and smelled clean, when I showered in the morning, I had to wash away residue from the carpet/tile. The location is NOT a lodge, it's a roadside motel.

Excellent stay. The room was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable but rooms are small. Would stay here again if passing through.
