Quality Inn & Suites Downtown

Everything was great except the outside door closest to my room would not unlock with my room key.

Noisy and room was subpar! Didn’t reflect pictures on app

Quick and easy. Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours.

The room was clean and comfortable, though smaller than expected. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy, so there was no evening stroll. The outside of the hotel was worn. I doubt we'd stay there again. Im a Hilton Honors member and i guess I'm a little spoiled by their brand.

Hi the stay was ok I’m not going to lie. Our ac didn’t work nor did the tv and When I checked the tub there was a lot of brown dirt stained on it. I kept going down to the lobby about the tv situation and the lady said to use the master remote but it only lasted for about 30 mins and stopped working again. I have stayed here before and it was great but this time I wasn’t really satisfied at all, I Hope next time it will be better.

Drove up and left. This is a motel where the doors open out to the walkway/parking lot, I prefer a place with an interior hallway exit. Check in area was blocked off to a VERY small walk up window and was crowded with people checking in, I'm sure this small area is due to covid. I didn't care for the exterior of the motel so we went on to our next travel destination and stayed there. Price was very good, Interior looks nice on the website, but we didn't go in to actually see.

Just going on a road trip and needed a quick place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had the best pressure ever.
