Everything was ok, but the phone was out of order

The facility is very nice and staff was great. There were two issues we had with the place. One was that we had to pay for parking. It was only$10, but there was no reason for it. The place is not in a dense city with limited parking, near any public transportation or airports, and there was a large lot available. It was more of an extra money grab by the hotel. Second, while the place was very nice and in great condition, the mattresses were horrible. The practically collapsed under you and had huge indentations that left you sleeping at weird angles and uncomfortably.

Disappointed. Reserved a king room, was told when we arrived that we could only have two queen room. There was no hand soap in room bathroom, but desk clerk brought us a bottle of body wash—and two bottles of water. The TV didn’t work properly. Remote only worked to turn on the TV set but not to control the streaming box. They offered to put us in another room but we were already in our bed(s) by then.

The manager and front desk lady accommodated us very well. We had a late check in and they helped us upon our earlier morning arrival.

If I would have known it was paid parking I would have went somewhere else

Clean easy on off freway. plenty of food option

Hotel is very clean and beds were big and comfortable. I liked that they had streaming options available on the tv.

Nice rooms and restroom ......and quiet Desk always greeted
