Fairfield Inn Memphis Southaven by Marriott

It was an Okay stay. Nothing Special. I wish they had an microwave in the room.

Good, clean room. No issues.

Great location, great service, nice facility. I would stay again at this location.

The hotel seems older. Side paneling came off of the wall and there was hair in the tub before my family and I used it.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at check in was extremely nice and personable (as was the lady who was there when we checked out). The room was nice and spacious, but the fan in the bathroom was unusable due to its loudness. The bed was more comfortable than any other I've experienced in years. Aside from the bathroom fan, my only knocks against the property are the lack of a working ice machine (we called the front desk, and were told that none worked and hadnt for some time) and a pathetic attempt at a breakfast during the pandemic. I understand that the old breakfast set up wouldn't work, but granola bars and a bottle of water are pretty weak substitutes...maybe individual juices and wrapped muffins.

I understand it was doing the Covid-19 but they didnt tell us that they were not going to clean the rooms we had ants because of trash had to ask for towels just a bad experience for $89 a night never again
