There was nothing for the grab and go breakfast like we were informed when we checked in that there would be.

Did not like Covid restrictions and still paying normal rates. No maid service. No towels. No breakfast.

My stay was a very convenient location for my visit with my Mom a mile away. The front desk was very helpful in giving directions to a nearby store. I was glad there was a grab and go breakfast available each day.

Your average hotel. Carpet starting to come up next to bathroom tile, caulk around tub/shower a little scuzzy, otherwise clean. Never a good sign when they provide ear plugs in the nightstand. The setting was quiet, but the person above me was practicing goose stepping, apparently.

Staff was very friendly --- Room clean and comfortable --- worked well for us -- Because of COVID, there was no hot breakfast or pool but that is not hotel's fault.

Very clean, room was quiet even thought he window overlooked an interstate highway. The breakfast buffet was closed due to COVID-19 but the available substitute foods were good.

The rooms were very clean. It was very quiet at night.

Hotel was amazingly immaculate and room was very comfortable. We were disappointed that because of Covid-19 the pool was still closed, and the "free breakfast" that was supposed to be included was not. Although restaurants in the area have re-opened the breakfast area at the hotel was closed. Pictures of the breakfast bar looked great and that is what we had expected. Instead there were some containers of yogurt, a few pre-packaged pastries, some not-so-good looking oranges and some oatmeal packets. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this when we reserved as we may have stayed somewhere else instead. There were quite a few good restaurants within a few miles, and other hotels. That being said we would stay here again once they get over the Covid issues, or if they reduced the price and were clear on what customer was getting.

Just a simple, but comfortable hotel stay. Everything we needed. We like the flexibility with everything. Fairfield does not have all of the usual gimmicks, e.g., pay a lower amount for your hotel room but you must give up your cancellation options and pay up front when booking. Overall, a great experimence. Only downside is that it is near a freeway so light sleepers may need earplugs or a white noise machine (which the hotel can provide free of charge, I believe).
