Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mount Laurel

This place was a relief from my last experience in the area. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Everything was fine but the refrigerator was broke and hey didn't have a microwave in the room

The hotel was on par for the price. It was safe and clean enough, but the heater/ac rattled so loud we had to turn it off. The room got stuffy and warm pretty quickly. The breakfast was a quick to-go bag due to COVID, with snacks that we didn’t want to eat.

Horrible. This is a disgrace to Marriott. This location falls way short of Marriott standards. This place guys is like staying at a cheap hooker druggie motel. This is also a 1 star hotel not a 2. My room was not cleaned and not the room I was supposed to get. I’m disabled and was supposed to have a handicapped accessible room, and the staff are so rude. There was only one decent man working here. That was not rude. Be careful to guys if you travel often be girl and strict in your rights and freedom. It’s not a policy or law or requirement to hand over a credit card. This location just has a lot of scum bags. If you give them your card they will use it for personal things. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CASH OR CREDIT/debit card. It’s a trick and not a requirement. I honestly have stayed in a 1 star cheap hooker motel at they call them and the place was nicer cleaner and friendlier, and they had a real continental breakfast. This place does not either. As a matter of fact usually when I goto Marriott they also will refund me because I’m eligible for the discounted family rates and they always put me in an upgraded room. This was nothing like a Marriott experience. They also had black mold growing in my room and the tv didn’t work.

Just passing through and found a good rate for this hotel. Hotel was adequate for our needs. No reason not to stay here again.

Hotel was very accommodating when we asked for a private area to eat dinner with our team mates. Rooms were comfortable.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. Seasonal decor was pleasant.

The service is good,but when it comes to cleanliness,it was so bad.The carpeted floor has very old and has stain on it and the room is smells bad,it is like a smoking area.I suggested to renovate it,because it’s look like 20 years ago..

Our stay was good. We couldn’t enjoy the buffet style breakfast or the pool due to COVID-19 but the rooms were clean and the staff were all friendly.
