Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston North/Cypress Station

Hotel was quiet and clean, the staff was very helpful. The room was very cozy, definitely a hotel I’d recommend! Only thing that sucked was that the pool was closed :(

The stay served it’s purpose. Nothing spectacular. It was clean and comfortable.

It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was a to-go bag and that was good. They gave us plenty of clean towels. Staff was very nice. The only issue was someone was smoking in the hallway or another room, which we could smell at times, but it wasn’t horrible at all and didn’t bother us much during our short stay.

Check in was wonderful, thats where it ended. Our first room, the tv was broken but after calling the front desk, they moved us to room 225. Now, my youngest daughter has a weird fascination with sitting under bathroom sinks at hotels. She was doing her normal sitting and found a used syringe on top of the metal box that was encasing the tissue box. i told the receptionist & all she did was write it down and told me she would tell her manager. We left, thinking she would get it out of our room or change us again, but neither happened. We checked out and when i asked about the syringe to see what she would tell me, her response was that they would get to it sometime today when housekeeping made their rounds.

The room didnt have no trash bags one towels and fridge was dirty .No Free breakfast i only book cause indoor pool and they was closed..

The staff was very nice and customer service was great.

I loooved my stay! Surprisingly the indoor pool & jacuzzi was amazing!! So relaxing!! Then the hot breakfast was on point! Also to top it off, the lady overlooking the breakfast has amazing customer service! It was like having a personal chef making sausage & omelets so they would be hot. 5 stars for sure! This stay was just what i needed! Thank you!!

I’ve stayed at at Fairfield in Monroe and this was not even comparable. The building looks old and outdated. I didn’t have any sleep ware for the couch at all. The phone barely worked, just really subpar.
