Fairfield Inn by Marriott Macon West

First room I put the air up and it began to smell like something was burning. I turned off and called the front desk. The gentleman was great. He moved us to a different room. Rooms were ok..look clean bit I sprayed my Lysol anyways. We stayed at a Hampton inn earlier and they has everything labeled sanitized. Much cleaner than at Fairfield. And the same price. I was somewhat disappointed. Not with the service, but the appearance of the room

checked on and went to room. It had not even been cleaned. towels on floor,garbage in bags on floor, bed unmade. went back to check in, given another room. found roaches on 2nd room.

The hotel was nice and clean, good staff, and many places nearby to pick up anything needed on a trip

The facility was fine and staff were exceptional. Some small repairs needed in bathroom and large wad of hair in shower. Rest of room very clean.

The room was not clean. There was an empty bottle of water which we saw which was left by our predecessors. The following the was only made, trash was not taken out of the room, no new towels, tub not cleaned, no soap.

Hotel is in good location for our passing through trip. Bed is comfortable. Building can be a little more clean, fresh, and dusting. I have itchy nose and sneezing after laying in bed for 10 minutes due to dust allergy, no itchiness /sneezing in lobby or dining area. Breakfast was adequate for basic continental with warm meat, eggs too.

Didn't spend much time there, but seemed like a good facility. Clean and appealing visually.

Really good staff...…...and management. Property was clean & inviting.

Tub would not drain but otherwise hreat

Good restaurants near...attractive room.....appreciate having the complementary breakfast..
