Everything was very nice! Staff friendly. Facilities were clean

I was PLEASANTLY surprised! I travel often and I read and write reviews all the time. I will definitely stay here again. Clean rooms and friendly staff. My faith has been restored in Marriott affiliates.

Great place!

Our stay was nice. The hotel was accommodating we had a late check in due to our adventure at Universal park. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only negative thing I can say that someone bang very hard on my door in the middle of the night. Not very nice.

It was incredibly clean, safe, felt comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It’s worth it. The hotel looks clean and the room as well. What I really loved about it is that is quiet. I’ve worked night shifts and during the day, I didn’t get interrupted of any noise.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean room. Just what we needed. Breakfast was too early for us(6-9am) so we had to skip out on it. We did not arrive til 2am...and we are late risers anyway.....

This was our second stay and in all fairness we truly enjoyed our first stay . This review in regards to our second stay wasn’t so great . The toilet didn’t flush and we then noticed old urine dried up at the bottom . We showed the agent downstairs and she immediately changed our room . The 2nd room had an odd smellkind of like the smell of old wet carpet . We sprayed a perfume and just sucked it up for the night .

We stood one night b4 flying out from Orlando the next day. This was great, and even better when compared some of the other spots we've stood at (for a comparable Hotels.com price). The bed was comfortable and the roll-in/accessible shower was setup better to mitigate water flooding outside of it. The room was clean and modern, and just had a good Qi lol. The breakfast was hot (surprising due to COVID), but still limited to "egg patties" and turkey sausage (which i balked at). I would've liked regular bacon better. There was one other thing...as i was making sure nothing was forgotten, i saw a stain...which seemed liked the remnants of a past caked-on stain which probably wouldn't let go after the wash. It upset me a bit, but it was great otherwise.

It was a good stay except for the woman yelling in the parking lot from 2-3:30am.
