Vista Inn Lake Tarpon

It was a nice hotel. On the lake with a balcony overlooking the water. We will be back great hotel for the price.

We stayed in a jacuzzi room with a great water view of the canal. The room was very clean and our room service left us the cutest towel sculptures every day. We always travel with our own pillows and left them behind - they called within minutes, so we were able to retrieve them. The front desk was always polite and courteous. Although it is close to a busy road, the room is big enough it is still quiet for sleeping.

Cool place to stay. Highly recommend.

It was in a lovely area. Nice water views and pet friendly. I stay here every time I visit the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary that is right around the corner.

We loved the Inn and our room! The Inn is very convenient for our trips to Tarpon Springs. We loved the room, thr king bed and the friendly staff.

Clean and very friendly, but right off the highway, so road noise was noticeable all night without ear plugs.

It was nice. The only issue I had was the couple in the room next to me. And that was handled. Otherwise... Overall good. I liked the privacy I had and that I could chill on the balcony with no interaction from others. My trip was strictly to get away and relax. I was able to do that.

Walking in to check in, the room was very hot and there was no ceiling. I noticed the signs that were posted about mandatory masks yet I saw that none of the housekeeping wore any and other guests staying here werent wearing any either.The employee who checked us in was not very nice to us and he sent us up to the wrong room. However once we found our room, it was very clean and we were very happy with the jacuzzi. We were given plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. But there was obvious water damage on the ceiling and walls. The carpet was ripped along the walls and the shower wall had cracks. There was also a trail of ants going from the balcony to the desk. And the door wouldnt close all the way so we could hear everything happening at night. In addition to this, the bed was very load and the headboard was constantly banging on the wall everytime we sat or repositioned ourselves getting ready for bed. Also one of the outlets under the desk didnt work which was unfortunate because I couldnt use the desk for my zoom meeting. We booked this hotel only for the jacuzzi, so at least that part was good. After we checked out, the employee didnt ask about our stay or anything along those lines. I wouldve liked to have the opportunity to talk to an employee directly, considering how expensive ($300) for only two nights in a room with water damage, cracked shower, ants, etc. Im not even going to mention the way condition the rest of the hotel was in.

Yes it was an amazing stay, I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room!
