Carmel Valley Ranch - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Sadly, the room was not clean, with toothpaste on the outside of the sink, a dirty cup between the sink and wall...a bit scary during a pandemic. Dirty glasses stayed on tables around the pool, while they tended things like umbrellas, which seem less important right now. Wallpaper in my hall was peeling, screen door to balcony was ripped. The setting is gorgeous, tub on the deck was lovely, and certain nice touches, but not worth the price...or the risk right now. They did not seem too concerned when I reported the poor cleaning.

Excellent food, drinks and service, good for couple, family and if you have a pet very friendly with animals. Planning to visit again next vacation.

The property is very nice and peaceful. Not a great place for kids but more for a couple looking to get away.

What an exceptional hotel. The rooms were magnificent and the grounds gorgeous.

A favorite resort of mine for many years. The staff, amenities, property, food, and rooms are always AMAZING! Great for all types of stays: romantic, friends, family or even solo. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful. I was disappointed to not receive VIP Gold perks. Not a lot of dog-friendly activities to do in rainy weather

Excellent property and stay - almost perfect: timeliness for room setup and one activity was missing but ultimately atoned for; river ranch men’s locker room At River Ranch for one afternoon, probably due to insufficient staffing, had smears of pu around the toilet floor.... All in all, though, this is a very relaxing and excellent place still (for the scenery, the food and ranch design)

Our stay was amazing. Room had a couple of things, toilet moves, tub jets didn’t work, other than that it was truly a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
