The hotel is very pleasant and excellent series The breakfast is very good, and the hotel keeps the Cvid19 regulation, so we felt very secured The location is superb, and very close to the old city, and to a center with many restaurants Overall very good and pleasant stay

Service was very bad. Our family room was not clean, found hair in the bath, and when we complained about it, Bracha- responsible for customers relationship, was extremely disrespectful. Except for cleaning the room again at 5 pm, she did not want to understand us and even told me that we could leave if we prefer. Parking was always full and not available. Breakfast was very good. The family room cost us NIS 4230 for two nights and for sure we did not receive value for money.

The hotel is far from Luxurious as it self claims. i booked one premium suite and two standard room for me and my kids. a week before arriving, i called the hotel to ask that the rooms will be close (not adjoining rooms) so we will be able to help the nanny with our son. my eldest son is autistic and in a wheelchair. upon arriving to the hotel, i asked to make sure that indeed they respected my request, long and be hold, they didnt even have a request as such, the manager asked whom did i speak to, to make my request . unfortunately i did not remember... in a very unsaddle way he then implied that i am lying (not using the word) and even though i gave him the exact date time and length of the conversation ( from the call history on my phone) it did not make him think that maybe they were wrong. Anyway, we got the suite on time and for the other two rooms, we had to wait until 1630 (instead of 15 as the check inn time). and that was only the beginning. the phone in the suite was not working. during our stay, the maids did not empty the trash (we had to take it ourself to the maids housekeeping trolly) the did not stock up the tea coffee and sugar in our room. forget the complimentary water. in one of the other rooms that we had the bath was clogged with hair. did not clean the trays in the breakfast lounge. One night we set at the garden restaurant and ordered an omelet, it took more the 30 min. Anyway, there is a long list. in a nut shell, the hotel is not recommended.

-unclean - the pool is small without vibe music - the chairs very close at this time of corona - we invite a classic suite 48 square and get 2 standards rooms with connection door - the service at reception was bad

terrific but could be a bit cleaner.The swimming pool is wonderful.

Due to Corona the hotel is not at it's best form, but the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious. Location is excellent
