Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant Leidschendam - Den Haag

Accomodation needs some maintenance. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is very good

The hotel is in the middle of a construction zone. Very loud noises well into the night. Poor service at the restaurant and for the room, missing towels, etc... Bath Towels are very threadbare and no shampoo conditioner given in the room. A very minimalistic hotel.

Nice location right next to the Mall of the Netherlands. Free parking. Air-conditioner works very well. Comfortable bad. Decent breakfast. Hotel need a serious remodel. Mold, mildew, scratches, stains...well used. Internet is only one notch above worthless and stops frequently. Some rooms have better wifi than other but no location is good. I used the hotspot and wifi repeater function on my phone to help. I knew what I was getting into as I have lived in the area. I wanted the location, free parking, and air conditioning above all else.

Rooms and bathroom in particular need updating and didn’t seem very clean. Major building work going on outside so if you are on the front of the hotel they start working from 7.30am. Took our taxi driver 3 attempts to find the way in as poorly marked

The Hotel is in a great location, for transportation and locality. Proximity to Den Haag & Scheveningen are a bonus. The building development in the vicinity was not an issue for me, but the concern lies in the building shaking during adjacent pile-driving. The Breakfast was basic, even for Dutch standards. Although clean, the Hotel decor is dated and requires a refresh. I didn't use the Bar, as it closed before my retrun to the Hotel in the evenings.

The hotel is pretty standard but starting to look very worn in areas with little maintenance in the bathrooms in particular. As a guest who regularly stays at the hotel it is a noticeable decline each year. A well needed refresh will hopefully come to justify the current nightly price and star rating.

They didn't have my reservation upon arrival. They asked me to pay again when leaving. I booked a double room, but got a room with three single beds. Tried to buy food at 11:30am, but breakfast was finish and they would not take lunch orders. Older hotel, EURO 15 from centre Hague. Overall I would not choose this place again.

Great location, staff is professional and nice. Hotel needs some infrastructure and equipment refresh to keep attracting.

A few staff errors with room allocation and incentive payment for not having room cleaning. Bedroom is mediocre with nothing outstanding but was OK for my business trip just to sleep and shower.
