NH Centre Utrecht

The hotel was in a very convenient central location. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast because it was so expensive. Our room faced on the street and it was intermittently noisy at night. My main dissatisfaction was that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and lacked padding. We could feel all of the springs. The staff seemed uninterested in solving this problem when I asked for an extra mattress pad.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location and room were awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in the center of everything. The staff was great. If you have a car to park, go to the hotel first for instructions. The location is off the property, but nearby.

Comfortable hotel, good location close to central area and easy walk from train station. Staff were ok, were helpful if you asked but could be more enthusiastic or cheerful. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel.

Our stay was amazing. Staff was courteous, professional and informative about the area. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Utrecht.

It's an older building, but the cleaning could be better as we had found some areas that weren't vacuumed at all. Also, there was a strange smell on the sheets.

Great location for exploring Utrecht. Staff very friendly and helpful and the adjoining restaurant is amazing.

It is very central and restaurants/bars are in easy reach. However it is in a busy location and above a terrace cafe which is busy well into the night. Secondary double glazing in all rooms may assist although ear plugs are supplied with the room.

The hotel is basic, but offers everything one needs. The location is great.
