Waldorf Suite Hotel

For as much as we pod for this room, I would have expected much more. The room had a nice overall look, but was cheap when you looked closer. There was a large hole in the wall under the desk. The eniltire outlet came out of another wall when I tried to remove my phone charger. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. The powers went out in the entire hotel around midnight for two hours. During these two hours it would come on for a second and then go back out. With each cycle, it would reset a light in the hallway to turn on and was accompanied by an annoying beep. Sleep was not an option. When we questioned about room service, which is noted as being 24 hours on their site, we were told there was NO room service at all. The breakfast buffet was also a let down. Many of the items were gone. Plates and cutlery were a hot commodity, we found ourselves having to steal cups and forks from other tables so that we could eat. This was our only night in Rimini and we chose this hotel because of the name and reputation that comes with the Waldorf title. To say we were disappointed is a gross understatement.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel direkt neben am Strand von Rimini! Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Zimmer grosszügig (4-Bett Suite) mit direktem Meerblick. Gute Betten! Alles sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück inklusive frisch gepressten Fruchtsaft. Schöner Roof Top Pool. Alles unter Corona Bedingungen sehr gut gelöst! Zwei kleine Punkte: Teppich mit zT grösseren Flecken, wirkte trotzdem sehr sauber gereinigt. Badezimmer sehr sauber aber etwas klein.

Unser kurzer Aufenthalt im Hotel Waldorf in Rimin war grossartig. - mega schöner rooftop pool mit Bar - leckeres Frühstück - super Service - sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meersicht - tolle Lage einziger Kritikpunkt für uns war das Bett (etwas hart und fedrig) aber das ist ja Ansichtssache

l'hôtel n'a pas les services d'un 4 étoiles, mais d'un 3 étoiles.

Cet Hôtel fort agréable, mais il faut payer le parking privé de l'hôtel et la salle de bains n'est pas confortable il y a pas de place pour bouger et s'essuyer , car il y a une baignoire et la salle de bains est petite et il y a les Toilettes ...

Il personale è stato tutto sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza. Il letto era uno dei migliori che abbia mai sperimentato in hotel. Colazione ai tempi del COVID ma comunque buona.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, manager did all he could to make us feel very comfortable during our stay. Rooms were superbly clean and good sized. However the hotel feels a little dated compared to what I expected on the pictures and room descriptions. Unfortunately neither free parking (€12/day) nor free beach access (access is free to go down to the water but need to rent sunchairs if you want to use them. Pool available on the hotel roof with view of the water and city and for me perfectly chilly to cool down in the heat, however yet again bit of lack of attention to details, some areas would need bit of a fix up to look bit classier considering what the rooms cost. Best is that it's within a 10-15 min walk from the center, restaurants outside the hotel andjust few min walk from the beach.
