Golden Tulip Vivaldi Hotel

Excellent breakfast, quiet location, could do with a kettle in the room and stocked fridge.

The service was excellent from the beginning and when there was a problem with finding my booking reference, the front desk staff tried their best to find it - and they did after a few minutes. The breakfast was also another highlight of our stay here, with a chef waiting to cook different kinds of eggs and waffles right in front of you. This was alongside an impressive buffet spread that included a cooked breakfast and a more continental breakfast for those wanting something a bit lighter. The pool was fantastic and was a great way to relax after a long day walking. - easily done because the hotel is right in the middle of town but off to the side to get away from the noise. The only negative I have is that the furnishings and decor are a little outdated in the hotel and are very much in keeping with an 80s style. Everything else was fantastic!

Overall everything was ok.

It was ok, the room had been painted recently and really smelled strongly of paint. The bathroom was a bit grotty and the phone outside the room started incessantly ringing at 8am for almost a half hour waking me up.

first it took us more than 20 minute to check in, we asked to change room with no carpets one and was so fast and was acceptable, rooms clean, breakfast was rich but was so busy and people were waiting for empty table, location was service by bus from 2 sides. so after all was very good value for money. thanks to staff and management.

Great stay at this hotel. Friendly very helpful staff. Clean and tidy hotel. Good selection for breakfast. My only gripe was the bed was too soft for me personally. But that wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Recetionist awful on check in and check out. We were not given any information at all on check in regarding brreakfast times etc and no card gurantee was taken so we couldnt charge drinks back to the room. No information at all in the room. No tea or coffee even tho there was a kettle and cups
