NH Amsterdam Caransa

We stayed there with a group of friends, 12 people in total. We were happy with the service and the location was a top notch! However, I think Caransa is getting a bit old and in need of a renovation asap. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to everyone else.

Could not have been better!! Amazing location, amazing staff and breakfast was delicious, room was ready at half 10 even though check in is at 3 which was great as we had an early flight. The staff held our luggage for us even after we checked out as we were not leaving Amsterdam til the evening. Overall great experience and will return!

Excellent location, bathrooms are small with no enough amenities. The rooms are cold but the reception gave us a heater.

Better than we expected, photos not as good as it actually is. Location was great, staff very helpful and friendly, super comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Great location, could benefit from proper blackout curtains and a bit better sound proofing

The bedding hadn’t been changed throughout our whole stay, we didn’t have a bath, the bedside tables had not been dusted, no bin liners in bin, toilet roll not refilled then when asked to do so they just left it in the bathroom not in the actual dispenser

Generally good, location is fantastic. Some services and facilities need improvements.

This hotel has a prime location, we were so pleased where we were and how close everything was. The staff are super friendly and happy to help!

The views for the standard rooms are not very good and the aircon wasn't that effective in our room. But very central and easy to get to anywhere in central amsterdam as theres a tram stop right outside the hotel.
