Staff was top notch! Very helpful and friendly! room was just as described. Covid breakfast left a little to be desired.

It was amazing. However, my 1st and only night, we heard some loud screaming (possible verbal & physical confrontation) from the room across the hall. It was loud!

FRONT DESK DISRESPECTFUL AND WASNT POLITE. MAINTENANCE DID NOT REPAIR THE CEILING FAN. NO TOWELS AT ALL KEPT SAYING THERE WASHING AND DOSNT HAVE ENOUGH. ALWAYS HAD AN EXCUSE AND IT WAS ALWAYS COVID.

Well they gave my room away on checking in put me across the street at the Hilton I booked a room with a kitchen, they gave me a regular room pools were closed coffee essential weren’t ready in the morning the breakfast was a brown bag with two granola bars.

Had to keep asking for towels. Also, could not get desk person to communicate our cleaning needs to housekeeping. So we went DAYS to get a cleaning after we requested it.

I had a terrible night by the time I arrived with a previous hotel, Darcia the manager was so nice and helpful THe hotel was great, My only issue was once I was in and went to take a bath I realize there were no wash cloths, i looked in kitchen and there were no clothes there either for dishes and no paper towels. Darcia got me some cloths and all was well. I when I showered in the morning and went to dry my hair i discovered there was no dryer in the room...UGH,. I called the front desk and they did bring one up. The whole experience left me wondering whos checking the rooms as ready to go after they are cleaned to make sure they are fully equipped?? Due to covid there is no breakfast buffet but they did have a sack of muffin, fruit, cereal bar and juice which is better than some places I've stayed recently.

The peace the staff overall everything. Comfy family welcoming.

The staff was helpful there was few things in the room that wasn’t up to standard.

It was horrible the dishwasher was broken for the three weeks we were there. It stunk like stale water. The services were horrible. They post dated my charges and everytime we renewed the took deposits and i have never received them. There were multiple showings of police and even overdose on drugs and homeless in pooll. Never again will i stay there.
