Pluses: Excellent staff, spacious rooms plenty of power outlets, breakfast, 5 minutes walk to many bus lines, near downtown, walk to groceries and restaurants, clean, modern facility, full kitchen Averages: bed comfort, limited dishware and cookware, 2 weak cook-top burners Minuses: some road noises, slight vibration and noise from nearby train, pay parking

Both women who we interacted with at the front desk were fantastic! They were quick, helpful, and had the most pleasant attitudes. That is where the positive qualities end. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not come to our room during the day. So our room was not cleaned and we ran out of coffee, shampoo, Kleenex, and fresh towels. It was disappointing.

Very quiet location. Large room and well equipped. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great here! We had a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. It is located in a nice part of Seattle that is close to the Space Needle and the Waterfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again at our next trip to Seattle!

Upon arrival the front desk clerk Andrew was terrific. Upon arrival to room remote in the living room was missing its back. The TV in the bedroom didn't work at all we thought it qas batteries we ended up waiting outside of our room for safety as the engineer replaced. That next day we had to call down for dish washer detergent and were told they can give us dish washer tablets. they were hesitant to give the liquid and a sponge. waste of water and time to only wash a few dishes.We were also not aware no house keeping services. we had to change our own sheets. place dirty towels and sheets in the hall. horrible experience

We just needed an overnight stay while we explored downtown Seattle. We have a miniature Yorkie, so I made sure to check their policy before booking. It claimed they were pet friendly and they required a 100 fee! Not a deposit like most , a fee. The front desk lady then informed us if we got two noise complaints they would kick us out. She’s not a loud dog but she does bark at noises. I spent all evening worrying about her being loud. Usually pet friendly means .. pet friendly.. but not here! The only other issue was the room we stayed in had a kitchen and it was pretty nasty.

The staff was wonderful and practiced social distancing to ensure we remained safe.

I love where this hotel is located. Not far from space needle.. pike place. This hotel is nice and clean and roomy. Will definitely pick this spot again
