I had to change rooms multiple times because of one or two issues. Issues such as stained toilet bowls, clogged sinks, hard water lines on bathtubs, stained fridge, body odor on bed sheets. However, the staffs were willing to move me into another room but I gave up reporting issues because the hotel is not perfect and definitely didn't have an exceptional visit.

Great hotel and price. The area is secure and close to shopping and good restaurants.

The hotel was clean. Spacious room. But super loud guests banging on the door down the hall and trying to wake up the person in the room. Not a pleasant interruption to my sleep.

Don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t book with them nor Expedia. The front desk services are poor.

Front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful.
