Clarion Inn & Suites Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

The room was nice and the customer service was great, but the outside needs lots of work. The pool is not heated and neither was the spa/hot tub. The breakfast was toast and muffins. Price was great until you realize the "resort" fee of $10 a day was pathetic for NOTHING Resort about it...

The room was dirty and i stay 1 week not even once we where ask if we need it clean towels there was garbage around the hotel no covid protocol for the customers

Room was dirty when we got in, wasn’t told there is no room cleaning during check in, when requested for new towels there were none and the next morning I gave verbal confirmation to clean the room and that did not happen, had bugs in the bed and crawling all over my sons cup when I talked to the manager he said it’s normal and they were sugar ants

Rooms were absolutely disgusting and were not cleaned. We have pictures where there were toenails on the beds and the sheets looked like someone had a paintball fight with them.

Blankets were very dirty. The blankets were full of makeup, you could see that it had like powder or foundation from who ever was there last. Mirror had water stains and also on the top corner of the wall it had spider webs on both corners wall of the mirror. The managers tried to blame the covid by saying that they were short staffed and werent able to have everything disinfected and clean.

The place was refurbished and was clean, They had free breakfast of cereal, Danish, toast coffee or juice. It was nice and clean. The hot tub wasn’t working and pool cold. It was over all great deal for the price.

The room was dirty, their was chips behind the nights stand and hair that was NOT mine (seeing as though I’d just gotten there) in the bed. Bathtub I had to clean myself because there was also hair all over the bathroom wall!

Nos quedamos en este hotel 2 fin de semanas alfirmar mis reservaciones via telefonica siempre fue el GENERAL MANAGER DANNIS una persona muy amable y servicial 2 fines de semanas consecutivos por motivo de un funeral, el primer fin de semana de entrada la recepcionista k estaba viernes por la noche fue muy amable, los pasillos dan mala impresion se ven sucios pero al entrar al cuarto estos estan muy limpios bien arreglados, las camas son muy comoda adore las almohadas,la banera extremadamente limpia. Segundo dia realmente solo usamos el cuarto para ir a dormir bajamos a desayunar vaya sorpresa, no hay desayuno slo una maquina de jugos aificiales cuuuuuuupcakes y cafe cafe malisimoo !NO BREAKFAST! decidimos salir a ver la piscina x la noche el sabado y estaba muy sucia debido a las personas k estaban ahi dejaron ropa y lastas de cerveza por todo el piso gente tipo ghetto. Ese sabado por la noche le pedimos papel de toilet a la recepcionista mi esposo lo nesecitaba ella prometio llevarlo a la recamara y nunca llego.... UPDATE SEGUNDO FIN DE SEMANA confirmando EL GENERAL MAMAGER DANNIS muy amable y servicial este fin de semana ntariamos en total 3 habitaciones el nos ayudo en todo encargandose de que nuestras habitaciones quedaran juntas mil gracias por eso !!!! 2 inconvenientes pero el como buen manager lo resolvio de inmediato!!!! las habitaciones son muy limpias tienen nevera su microondasy una plancha todo funcionaba muy bien ...... Estamos muy contentos.

Nothing like the pictures, rooms and bathroom all dirty, bedsheets had stains and other people hair, not good at all

This motel has a great location, as it is surrounded by various restaurant chains and it is only 10 minutes from the Disney World Resort. Most of the rooms have recently been renovated with new furnishings and flooring. There are two buildings with parking outside of your room. When we checked in the first night, due to physical needs, we requested a downstairs room but the night manager advised that the only downstairs rooms that they had available were in the back building. I advised that would be fine, but I could tell that he was trying to push me into getting a room in the front building, but we really needed a downstairs room as there are no elevators. When we drove around to the back building, there were several people loitering in the empty back parking lot. While we went in to look over the room, two different men walked by the room and crawled through a hole that was in the fence at the back of the property. After seeing all of this, we figured out that the night manager was trying to advise us that the back building has security issues, without coming out and saying as much. We ended up staying in a upstairs front room for the first night and were moved to a downstairs front room for the remainder of our stay. The beds were super hard and although the floors were new, they were dirty. The outside trash cans were over flowing. There was a reason that the room rate was $35 per night and you get what you pay for.
