Baymont by Wyndham Bremerton WA

The room was VERY cold when we checked in and took quite awhile to warm up. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was nice and cozy. There was a good view on Mount Rainier from my window so that was nice. The front desk lady was great.

Rooms are very nice. Tv has a lot of channels to choose from which is kinda rare. The two ladies at the front were so nice to me. I forgot my key and they were so nice and gave me a new one under 2 mins. The hotel is huge. COVID standards were definitely covered. They provided a sanitized wipe for the door handle of my room. Along with more inside. Only bummer that happened was the fire alarm went off and was stuck out side for a couple hours at 2 or 3am . They had difficulties turning it off. Would be super cool if we got a little money back for interrupting sleep, wouldn’t expect it usually but just because the fact it took longer than needed. Otherwise I would definitely come back

Just a quick one night stay. Mostly good, except the heater was very loud. We didn't like the small, too soft pillows. And our "city view" room was really just a freeway view and we heard traffic all night.

While check-in went well, the room itself was only ok. While the carpet and furnishings seemed newer, the mattress was clearly an old standby - very smooshy and springy like it was from 1979. We were still able to get comfortable and fall asleep but then at 2:00 a.m. we were woken up by a party that moved into the room right next door. They were likely high school students - one of them tried to get through the door adjoining the rooms. Why would you put young people clearly out for a party in a room right next to other guests when you have a hotel that is over half empty? We called the front desk and all they did is call them. we had to call the front desk again a half an hour later as the party continued. In these times of COVID and restrictions to necessary travel, how can they let a bunch of kids party in a room - a room right next to working people trying to get sleep? Ridiculous.

Very nice young lady at the front desk upon check-in. Friendly yet professional. Room was extremely clean, large and modern. Beds were comfortable and cozy.. Amenities were included, as well as a variety of breakfast choices packaged for take -out due to the pandemic. All In all, a very pleasant stay.

Quiet and very comfortable

The Baymont was easy to get to, and the customer service was great. The room was clean and presentable. Traffic noise was noticeable, but not disruptive. I was disappointed by how hard the beds were.

This place is TERRIBLE! We reserved a pet friendly room & checked in only to find the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved and were told no. The only accommodation they offered was to spray the room. I asked if instead of spraying, if they would change the drapes, remake the beds with clean linens and clean the floors and was told no, no one was available to do that on a Saturday evening (it was 6pm). So then I asked for a refund and was again told no. The person working did not have the knowledge or authorization to process one. So no room, no money back and the absolute worst experience. The woman working at the counter did try but was told she could not do anything to accommodate by the manager she called at home. What hotel doesn’t have a manager on duty at all times? This place was horrific in every sense of the word. Stay far far far away.

Our "room with a view" was a view of a dirty parking lot and the freeway. Our pet friendly room had holes in the blinds, holes in the shower curtain, and the shower head was falling off. The roll-away mattress our son slept on was so beat up that we could feel the frame below it when we laid on it. There was no pet area and dog poop littered every patch of weeds in the upper parking lot. And on top of everything, the door was broken. It took 3-4 times to get the keycard to read, and when it did, the door handle wouldn't unlatch. We left for checkout with the door propped open because the door wouldn't latch closed. Such a disappointing stay.
