Amazing customer service at front desk! Hotel is much more outdated than I expected. It was in a great location with a pool and oceanfront access though. I’d definitely stay here again.

Repairs needed but not offered...
Very disappointing. The water did not drain from our bathroom sink. The handle was attached but would not release the plugger...so we couldn’t use it. Not good to not be able to wash your hands during a COVID pandemic. Also our refrigerator was broken and smelled of vomit. We informed the front desk the day we arrived but they didn’t offer us another room or any repair. We stayed 2 nights with these conditions. We reinformed them upon checking out and the front desk attendant was annoyed she had to write out a maintenance request. Meanwhile we had a horrible stay for $360 per night. Stay somewhere else!

Great location, everything was within walking distance. Their staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The staff at this location took many precautions in this time of Covid that we are living in and we appreciate that. The room was surprisingly quiet at night, which I never expect in OCMD, so that was great. Overall it was pretty clean for a beach property and what we would expect for the price. However, just a few recommendations: coffee is listed as an amenity but there was no coffee maker in the room, just in the lobby. I’m not sure if this was removed due to Covid or not. Also, having a restroom for guests somewhere near the pool or lobby would be great, as there are not any public restrooms near by.

For the price great location and view. But if your used to more... this isn’t it. Room was humid and clammy, toilet handle was HARD to push down and toilet clogged on first use. Bathroom really tiny so not very suitable for more than 2 in the suite. But staff was kind and friendly Pictures not true to what you get on arrival either

Nice & professional staff, the room was clean & smelling good. My only complaint were the beds weren't that comfortable also there were ants on the counter & bathroom the next day.
