Hilton Hanoi Opera

the hotel transfer were on time at the airport. it took 45 min from the airport to the hotel. when we arrived we went to the executive floor. the food was great and plenty. do not expect any spa or salons the don't have any. the great attraction is the tourist buses just around the corner in front of the opera house.

The place was good, great service but the rug in the room seemed a little old. Beside that minor flaw everything was great.

The location could not be better. Right next to the grand opera house in the French quarter. Super practical to get around.

The location was great, and the staff very helpful.

Hotel feels very safe. Lobby and general areas well maintained but rooms decoration, carpet looked dirty and almost as if had not been changed in years. 35”TV in a hotel like this? seriously? Staff was extremely friendly and when encountered a problem they were very accommodating and prompt to follow.Will probably not stay there again.

the hotel has a great location, but needs remodelation

Like all Vietnamese hotels we received a lovely warm welcome from the hotel staff. The room was delightful and we even had access to the executive lounge. The hotel is in a quieter part and more upmarket part of Hanoi and yet is only a few mins walk from the city centre. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and accommodating and could not have done more for us during our short stay. Just book a room.
