Hilton Tokyo Bay

All the restaurant except one is closed. Also, they don't check the availability of the hair conditioner upon guests' arrival. I don't think they are kind.

Nice size room. The front desk switched me to a quiet room on check-out given there was some construction where my original room would be which was nice. My only negative is the breakfast buffet does end up with quite a line up so probably best to come early.

We had a park view room so we could see Disneyland and Diseneysea lit up at night. We didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much as I wanted as we only stayed there for the Disney parks. But the time we spent there was still great!! We utilised the little kiddie corner where the kids could dress up as a chef or pilot, we didn’t get the buffet breakfast, but the cafe downstairs was more than enough for breakfast, there’s a good variety of food and also at the 24/7 little grocery store. The beds are a bit hard for my liking, but I guess it’s the norm in Japan seeing as our second hotel beds are the same. Overall Hilton Tokyo Bay was great, I just wish we spent more time at the hotel.

FANTASTIC! Would stay here again!! Hotel is modern/clean, top-tier/friendly staff (English okay). This is a DISNEY hotel which is PERFECT for your Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea vacation. Hotel has many accommodations including transportation to Bayside Station (Disney Monorail), convenience store, Disney Store, Bakery, Buffet, restaurant, etc. The convenience store was well-stocked with food, snacks, drinks, toiletries, medicine (after 8am), etc. We ate a lot of meals from here similar to eating at 7-Elevens in Japan. The Hotel is conveniently located across the street from Bayside Station (aka Monorail) which is how you get to Ikspiari (Disney Springs/Downtown Disney), Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea - 5 minute walk or complimentary bus transportation. We know very little Japanese and had NO issues communicating with anyone from the Hotel, Disney parks, airport, etc. To get to the hotel from Haneda Airport, simply book a bus at the bus transportation counter at the International Terminal. We booked the 'Airport Limousine Bus' which took us directly the Hilton Tokyo Bay ($16 US dollars) - will also stop at the Tokyo Disneyland/Tokyo DisneySea, Ambassador Hotel, etc. To get from the hotel to the Haneda Airport, you book the 'Airport Limousine Bus' at the front desk. They have buses running all day long, so you will have plenty of options. We allowed 3 hours to get to the International airport, which was sufficient.

We absolutely loved our stay and could not recommend the Hilton more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful. They immediately helped us with baggage and directed us to check in, even giving us towels so that we could dry off from the rain. I would give the location 100 stars out of 5. We were close to both parks and Iksperia mall. Not having to travel all the way back to the city with two young kids after a long day at the park was a huge huge plus. There was even a convenience store and a pharmacy right at the hotel! We will definitely be back again!

The room is spacious comparing to most Japanese hotel options. There are so much to do on the lobby floor that you won’t need to leave the resort for your needs. Coffee shops, sit-down restaurants, to-go restaurants, Disney souvenir store, convenience store... The room-service dining price is also surprisingly acceptable. Be sure to ask about free WI-FI while you check-in as there are free options to get it. While it’s still too far to walk to the parks, combining the resort line train and the shuttle bus, the transit between hotel and the parks can be very easy.

Perfect one night stay. We stayed in the celebrio ocean king room. The decor was a bit funky but the room was large. Beautiful view over Tokyo Bay. Baby cot comfy for our daughter. Location was absolutely perfect access to the monorail to both parks!

Was supposed to be a celebration stay for our birthdays and anniversary. Mentioned it to the hotel and before we arrived, the hotel management promised us birthday cards and even took down our names. We truly anticipated when we check in, however upon entering the room, nothing has been planned/set up. No card or anything. It was utterly disappointing.
