Amenities listed for this property include an indoor and outdoor pool, however upon arrival they tell you that you have to pay extra to use the pool. This is mentioned nowhere in the hotel profile on either Expedia or Hilton.com. Also, the hotel is listed as having air conditioning, but they turn the air conditioning off at night (from 10pm-6am). Our room reached nearly 80 degrees the first night, and they only turned the A/C back on when we asked.

The hair dryer was too weak to dry hair. It needs to be replaced. And soundproof was not so good.

It was literally not good. The old hotel looks renovated but electric system was not very stable. My wife woke up at the mid of night due to the electric spark inside air ventilator. Do not expect the five star service from staffs if u made a booking with Hotels.com and be ready for poor service. The location is good to take other hotels!!!

This was a great hotel to stay at for a mini vacation with friends. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and service was exceptional. My only disappointments came with the price. After paying a decent amount for the room we were still wired to pay $35 a day for adults and $25 a day for kids to use the pool. You could not re-enter after leaving the pool even if you were going upstairs for a nap without paying again. I paid for breakfast to be included with my room rate and was glad that I did because breakfast was also very expensive. Overall it was a great trip and I would stay at this hotel again!

Persistent irritating front desk staff when they cannot confirm the booking of just one breakfast out of my three nights stay in a suite. Never encountered such bad service in such highly priced hotel. Bothering the guest for hours, making me not able to enjoy the Sakura under sunshine after checking in. The facilities are coming off, nearly hit by a falling plastic rod on the head when entering the toilet while parts coming out from the tap....

When I entered into the hotel lobby, the first impression was not what I expected. The smell was not fresh.

Gorgeous property and the sauna is perfect. I would definitely go again!

This is an expensive hotel. I expect the best service when I pay for it. We arrived back at the hotel late on the second day to find ourselves locked out. After a visit to the reception we were told the did look at our booking and only booked us in for one night. With this sorted and new key card we returned to our room to find it had been serviced (Do not Disturb was on) and the additional coffee capsules I had in the room had been removed. We were left with three capsules , the cleaners took 8!!! It just seemed that nobody knew what was going on. The hotel is close to a theme park with rides and a conference centre but is a long way out of town. Local food is very good but hard to find and the hotel restaurants are good but very expensive.
