Looking to relocate to the area. Hotel was easy to get to, clean, comfortable and most of all- the employees were fantastic!

Felt Covid 19 protections as far as cleanliness were very good

It was clean. The workers very nice. But the hotel needs to be brought up to date.

This hotel had some extras in small details. I liked the furniture. Breakfast was a brown bag and limited.

Our stay at this hotel was really great! It was very clean inside the hotel lobby, elevators and our room. Upon arriving to our room, there’s a cleanliness sticker that shows you it’s been sanitized. The room had extra sani-wipes in case it was needed, and the tv remote was cleaned and stickered. Precautions are being taken during breakfast hours as well, where they have prepackaged breakfast items and someone to serve you so you don’t have to touch anything. Pool area was closed (due to pandemic) but it was not an inconvenience to our stay. Loved it!

COVID-19 has really corrupted a lot of things. Breakfast at the hotel was not good, because it’s not a buffet anymore. The employees serve you and the food was not good. Couldn’t get fresh towels until my last night (stayed for 3 nights). Rooms don’t get cleaned by the maids anymore. Also, took 30 minutes to check in, because someone on the morning staff messed up my check in process. But other than those things, it was a comfy and safe stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Upon check in I was told that they had to put a $50 hold on my card in case I damaged anything. I have stayed at hotels and have never had this happen. I am very worried that they won’t give me back my $50. I have been struggling during this pandemic and an extra $50 on top of the $113.53 I was already charged for the room would not be good at this time. When I questioned her she said very rudely we’ll do you want to pay it? I told her well I guess I will have to since I have already paid for the room!

Property and room were clean. Unknown to myself, the bathroom sink was closed so after washing my hands, the dirty water was standing. After calling the front desk, she advised me to pull the drain up. Not real happy i had to put my hand in a dirty clogged sink. Housekeeping should be sure the drain is not closed.

The room was not very clean upon check-in, I actually went to the CVS across the street and purchased cleaning supplies. I was handed the Covid19 response letter at at the time of my check-in. One thing written was the room would be cleaned only before my arrival and after my departure. I felt like it was half cleaned before my arrival. The bedside table had a spilled sticky/gummy spot about the size of an iPad, the floor was poorly vacuumed as it was scattered with popcorn and chips. The shower glass was spotted as though someone had recently showered. The commode had a dark stain in the bowl that removed upon cleaning. The sink was very slow to drain and I was told by the front desk to reach in the sink and just take the stopper out. I have stayed at this property multiple times but the last time has me thinking about future stays.
