Quality Inn Holly Springs South

No cold water pressure in shower, bad shower head. Bathroom exhaust fan load, AC loud in room couldn’t sleep. Dirty bathroom and dirty towels left in bathroom from previous stay.

The room wasn't completely clean. There was a stain on the ceiling from a leak. The chair was stained with blood or wine. There was a party across the hall that lasted late into the night. The pastor's wife said that there were two different people who had also stayed there and complained.

1. Front desk help was horrible when checking on. 2. Severe drug use in parking lot. 3. No safety. 4. Room extremely unclean with hair in tub and sink. 5. No toilet paper provided. 6. TV wasn't connected on TV base and kept falling. 7. Fight broke out in room across from my and was taken into hallway. No help from front desk at all. 8. Cars are not safe.

Lobby looks like it may be clean but rooms are very dusty and nasty, barely any updates. Walls have holes or rust, room smelled like smoke, they patched walls but never repainted. My remote didn’t have a back to it JUST TAPE holding batteries.

The room looked like it was never Cleaned. We were too tired to talk to someone that night. The rooms need some updating too. We have no plans to come back.

The bathroom was dirty! The toilet was dirty as well as the floor. They even had a leftover towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Before we noticed the bathroom, our dog came out from under the bed with a hair-tie in his mouth. It did not belong to us! I was highly disappointed in the hotel. When I went to talk to someone about it, the guy acted like he couldn’t be bothered with talking to me.

We had bugs flying all around in our room, dirty towels dirty pillows the tub was dirty and had a bunch of hair in the drain. The room also had a nasty stench to it

It was very clean ..breakfast was great above all at check in the guy was very friendly and courteous..

Very pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. The person who checked us in was not very knowledgeable and it took a while. Unfortunately my room was on the side that faces interstate 22. A lot of road noise all night.

Desk staff was very inefficient in getting customers checked in, seemed oblivious to the line of people waiting. Internet did not work, when I asked desk staff about this, they just said it has been a problem all day, no apology, no plan to fix. When I tried to call desk, no answer. So I walked to desk and the clerk had been outside smoking. Poor service.
