Hampton Inn Shelbyville

This is a hotel in the town I live in & we will not go back. Very disappointed in the place. It has great potential, the hotel has nice construction and pretty features, also good location & parking. The lobby was misleading. The pool was not cleanly! Green grime from the walls got all over our towels and clothes. Not a single towel was in the pool room. The towel holder was rusty and gross. I asked twice for towels to be brought down and got a handful to carry myself the second time. This is the only hotel with a hot tub in town but it is not worth it. Holiday inn is way better. Kids Found a cigar in plain sight in the room. The king bed was extremely firm.

Just a one night stay, but we enjoyed ourselves. The one thing I would change is the bed, it was hard/uncomfortable, but I’m sensitive due to back/neck issues. Other than that the room was great, simple and clean, what more can you ask for? We will happily use this hotel again.

Pool and hot tub were amazing! Helpful and accommodating staff. Room was A1 super clean!

This is our choice of stay every time we go to Shelbyville, which can be rather frequent. It is very comfortable, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, always been clean when we've been there. AND it is very cost friendly.

The lady working breakfast that morning we check out was rude and should not be working there and she had her granddaughter with her at work really.

Went on a castle tour of Ohio . This is our 1st night of the 10 day journey. Very nice place to spend a relaxing night.

It was very nice and would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable stay. Quiet location. Loved the noon check-out!

Stay was fine, charged me $50 that was suppose to “never actually come out of my account” but did and still haven’t been refunded.
